Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead coordination for self-serve growth initiatives spanning onboarding, activation, lifecycle, monetization, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain execution plans including timelines, owners, and dependencies across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and GTM.
  • Synthesize planning context from multiple teams to partner with leadership on quarterly prioritization.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track progress against self-serve OKRs and program throughput.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and gaps, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Scale the team's operating rhythms as the self-serve motion increases in scope and complexity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or product operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning complex, multi-team programs from end to end.
  • Strong ability to drive accountability and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both the leadership summary level and the detailed execution level.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, async environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a capability to create structure where none exists.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth), self-serve growth, or B2B SaaS metrics.
