Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead coordination for self-serve growth initiatives spanning onboarding, activation, lifecycle, monetization, and pricing.
- Build and maintain execution plans including timelines, owners, and dependencies across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and GTM.
- Synthesize planning context from multiple teams to partner with leadership on quarterly prioritization.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track progress against self-serve OKRs and program throughput.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and gaps, escalating issues when necessary.
- Scale the team's operating rhythms as the self-serve motion increases in scope and complexity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or product operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning complex, multi-team programs from end to end.
- Strong ability to drive accountability and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to communicate effectively at both the leadership summary level and the detailed execution level.
- Experience working in a remote-first, async environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a capability to create structure where none exists.

- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth), self-serve growth, or B2B SaaS metrics.
