What you will do

• Architect and deploy a global HR Shared Services operating model integrated with Workday, ServiceNow, and hirify.global Cloud.
• Lead a globally distributed HR team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Implement AI-driven automation and orchestration to reduce manual effort and improve service responsiveness.
• Design intuitive employee service journeys across self-service, case management, and assisted channels.
• Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs to track performance and cost-to-serve.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to align service delivery with strategic business priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR operations or shared services leadership experience with global scope.
• Proven experience designing and deploying technology-enabled HR service models at enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise in integrating Workday, ServiceNow, and contact center platforms.
• Experience leading distributed teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives while maintaining operational stability.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by location and US-specific benefits)

• Experience in global service delivery transformation within high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
• Expertise in employee experience design, service blueprinting, and journey mapping.
