What you will do

• Own and manage complex customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and company policies.
• Resolve order-related issues and high-impact escalations using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to validate requirements and optimize Q2C workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to peers to build team capability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or Q2C functions.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and resolving escalations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
