What you will do

• Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by securing alliance renewals before expiration.
• Manage the end-to-end renewals process for alliances within the assigned territory.
• Provide quotes to channel partners 90 days prior to expiration and ensure delivery to end customers.
• Collaborate with MSSP sales teams to execute expansion strategies around renewals.
• Communicate product value to drive license growth and ensure a seamless customer experience via partners.
• Forecast renewals and maintain operational discipline in the close process.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success.
• Proven experience managing SaaS subscription renewals processes.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
