What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
- Own the full sales cycle including qualification, presentations, RFP responses, and negotiations.
- Lead virtual teams of presales, partner managers, and customer success to drive wins.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify uplift opportunities.
- Strategically engage with business partners and marketing to expand market presence.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
- Strong proficiency in competitive positioning against solutions like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Excellent communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes.
