What you will do

  • Execute expansion strategies across the portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to increase engagement and retention.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets and consistently exceed quotas.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close growth opportunities.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
