What you will do

  • Own and grow new and existing enterprise accounts in the UK territory, from market penetration to customer deployment.
  • Develop new business leads, penetrate new organizations, and initiate selling activity where no relationship team exists.
  • Lead consultative conversations by providing customer insights and teaching how others simplify and deliver treasury operations.
  • Build and expand relationships with key target accounts, including CFOs, treasurers, and fund administrators.
  • Differentiate hirify.global’s offerings versus competitive alternatives and create customer preference based on risk management, liquidity optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate across multiple levels of customer management and close sales, while developing sales action plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Direct enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota achievement and pipeline generation.
  • Demonstrated experience in the private assets sector (private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment managers).
  • Strong consultative selling skills (Challenger Sale) and ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships with CXO clients and engage effectively in C-level conversations.
  • Strong understanding of how software deals are transacted and business development experience.
  • Fluency in English.
