What you will do
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
- Identify and convert strategic enterprise accounts within the crypto and financial services landscape.
- Develop multi-threaded sales strategies engaging stakeholders from compliance, legal, and C-level.
- Handle complex 5, 6, and 7-figure deal cycles using insight-based selling techniques.
- Drive account expansion through timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales engineers, product experts, and marketing to maximize reach.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise SaaS or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, or Crypto.
- Experience leading complex, long-cycle enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in German or Russian is required.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology.
- Strong consultative and persuasive communication skills.
Nice to have
- Existing network of connections across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
