What you will do

• Exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the hirify.global portfolio to close sales.
• Audit leads and manage total-store CRM to maximize conversion rates.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to other Experts to foster a strong sales culture.
• Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations to build customer confidence.
• Support daily operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium or commission-based environments.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in CRM lead auditing.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Must be based in and work onsite in Los Angeles, California.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 35 lbs+.
