What you will do

  • Drive outbound pipeline via cold calling, email, and multichannel outreach within a defined Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) and book qualified discovery meetings for Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Conduct early-stage discovery to capture business context and improve opportunity quality.
  • Partner closely with AEs to facilitate cleaner handoffs and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and opportunity data within Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback on messaging and targeting effectiveness to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) role.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to lead effective discovery conversations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Dallas, TX.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
