TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts (Fintech): Driving new business growth by selling AI-powered accounting workflow automation to enterprise-level finance departments with an accent on high-value deal closure and executive relationship management. Focus on navigating complex sales cycles, targeting the office of the CFO, and consistently exceeding revenue quotas.

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA) — must work from office 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 (Base) + commission

What you will do

  • Close new business deals with enterprise accounts focusing on multi-million dollar revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract processes.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline via outbound efforts including phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with BDR Managers and Marketing to optimize sales processes and team performance.
  • Coordinate post-sale handoffs to implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Travel within the assigned territory up to 40% of the time to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into the office of the CFO at enterprise level accounts.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quotas (top 10% of the company).
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and Clari.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (Visa sponsorship is NOT available).
