Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 a year

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategy and initiatives with business goals for GTM and Marketing organizations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support on talent development, performance management, and organizational decisions.
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases and terminations in full compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with Legal and the Works Council (CSE) on regulated HR processes and gender equality.
• Support workforce planning and HR data reporting in collaboration with Talent Ops and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HRBP in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of European and French labor law, including CSE collaboration and leave frameworks.
• Experience working with a predominantly cadre workforce (familiarity with Syntec collective agreement is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling HR data and compensation structures.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
