TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK, with a hybrid schedule requiring two days of in-office collaboration per week in the SoHo office.

Salary: £58,000–£75,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary advisor for European leaders and support teams, translating business needs into concrete HR actions.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, and resource planning to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end people programs that scale across the entire organization.
  • Analyze regional trends and engagement metrics to proactively recommend performance and retention initiatives.
  • Serve as the regional SME for European labor relations, ensuring compliance across multiple countries.
  • Manage day-to-day employee inquiries and support non-exempt/hourly populations.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and regulatory practices across European markets is required.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale people programs from ideation through execution.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the maturity to handle sensitive personnel matters.
  • Experience coaching leaders on performance management and feedback.
  • Must be able to work from the London office two days per week.
