What you will do

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a team of Regional HR leaders across multiple geographies.
  • Translate global HR strategy into impactful regional delivery and workforce planning.
  • Partner with HR Operations to modernize processes, workflows, and service delivery.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex, multi-country employee relations and compliance matters.
  • Sponsor and drive enterprise-wide HR programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Embed an inclusive culture and elevate leadership capability through targeted development.

Requirements

  • Significant HR leadership experience as a Business Partner or Generalist in a global organization.
  • Proven track record leading HR teams across multiple regions.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational change, and matrix environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience working across countries with works councils or employee representatives.
  • Background in HR shared services and operating models.
