What you will do

• Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Engage walk-by traffic, educate customers on the Peloton portfolio, and close sales by overcoming objections.
• Support total-store CRM management by auditing leads to improve conversion rates.
• Act as floor lead and provide in-the-moment coaching when the Store Manager is absent.
• Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations and set honest expectations to build long-term loyalty.
• Contribute to daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example on the sales floor without formal management authority.
• Strong organization skills with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads in a CRM platform.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and bend/lift items weighing 35 lbs or more; able to demonstrate products during in-store trials.
