What you will do

• Lead technical support for CAPPS Recruit applications and manage the transition from Oracle Taleo to PeopleSoft TAM/CG.
• Configure, test, and maintain recruiting system functionality while collaborating with vendors for performance enhancements.
• Review functional designs, integrations, and workflows to identify gaps and ensure alignment with CAPPS standards.
• Provide Level 2 support for complex integrations, SAML connectivity, and batch processing using ITIL-based operations.
• Support agency reporting needs by integrating data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance and support SOC-1 audit activities and security controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Texas public sector and CAPPS systems.
• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft (FSCM/HCM), PeopleTools, SQL, and Oracle.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise ERP applications and integrations.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Taleo Recruit in multi-tenant environments.
• 8+ years of experience in ITIL service desk and operations.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting PeopleSoft Recruit (TAM/CG).
• Experience with enterprise system modernization initiatives.
• Experience developing technical specifications for procurement.
