What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for ERP and enterprise applications to ensure system stability.
• Design, develop, and deploy application enhancements, integrations, and custom tools.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex ERP issues, identifying root causes for long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document system configurations.
• Install, upgrade, and patch enterprise software in compliance with SOX and IT governance.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support and disaster recovery processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Michigan, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional IT and Information Systems experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business process mapping, and data integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL development.
• Experience with relational database systems like Oracle or SQL Server.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting 2020 Insight ERP.
• Background in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
