Location: Hybrid (Atlanta, Georgia) - Must spend at least four full days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead Finance workstreams to support system enhancements and BAU activities for Oracle ERP and other Finance applications.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and approve Lean specifications for the technology team.
• Configure and maintain application setups while keeping detailed supporting documentation.
• Analyze Oracle Cloud ERP quarterly patches and recommend new features for implementation.
• Provide functional guidance on implementing new Oracle AI offerings and AI Agents.
• Leverage OTBI and FDI reporting tools to deliver business insights and manage Concur Expense reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications (minimum 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP).
• Expertise in at least 2 Oracle ERP modules (e.g., GL, FAH, AP, CM, PO, AR, FA, PA).
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with business and technology leaders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta, Georgia office (minimum 4 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting SAP Concur Expense (configuration and audit rules).
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and reports development.
• Background in Financial Services or Investment Management industries.
• Experience working with shared service centers supporting global operations.
