What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Evaluate system capabilities, perform cost-benefit analysis, and ensure alignment with architecture guidelines.
• Develop test scripts, execute system testing, and validate defect fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to present technical concepts and provide status updates.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation to support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business/system analysis within IT environments.
• Experience with Medicaid claims processing systems.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and creating wireframes.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
