What you will do

• Onboard new clinical applications and manage the lifecycle of servers and supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Architects and Software Engineers to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical deliverables including business visions, requirements, and user interface designs.
• Perform requirements testing, defect management, and analyze results to determine customer impacts.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews while providing concise technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Basic analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between 25% and 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
• Experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
