What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Content and Template management systems, advising on capabilities and aligning business and technical teams.
• Translate clinical and business needs into detailed product requirements, flow diagrams, data models, and prototypes.
• Own and prioritize the feature backlog to ensure alignment with the overall strategic product roadmap.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to assess the value, usability, and feasibility of product features.
• Coordinate with software QA teams on product improvements and funnel customer feedback back into development.
• Produce clear technical documentation and user training materials for internal business partners.

Requirements

• BS degree in a related major or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience with software product management.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and content repositories.
• Proven track record in third-party software integration and creating commercial software product requirements.
• Knowledge of API requirements, software technical design, and JIRA.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in genetics, bioinformatics, or genomics data analysis.
• Experience with laboratory processes, instrumentation, and software compliance requirements.
