What you will do

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues to maintain system functionality.
• Support system modifications, implementation, and testing for clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to manage user security and system enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Coordinate project tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and risk management.
• Contribute to data management and basic reporting to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 2 years of relevant experience).
• Foundational experience in analyzing business needs and documenting functional specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Morgantown, WV and travel to affiliated sites as needed.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) is highly preferred.
