What you will do

• Provide tax guidance on new products, transactions, and contracts to ensure correct treatment.
• Monitor and embed Romanian and international legislative changes into business processes.
• Act as a tax subject matter expert for change initiatives, includhirify.global VIDA and OECD Pillar 2.
• Oversee tax computation, reporthirify.global, and payment processes while ensurhirify.global SOx compliance.
• Develop transfer prichirify.global documentation and improve group tax policies.
• Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania to support hybrid work at the Bucharest office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Master’s in Tax Law is an advantage).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax advisory, preferably within Big 4 or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian and international tax regulations and IFRS.
• Fluent English (C1) and Romanian (C1) proficiency.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
