What you will do

• Prepare and submit financial, regulatory, and statistical reports to the National Bank of Romania, Ministry of Finance, and ING Group.
• Perform complex analyses and reconciliations to ensure high reporting quality and consistency.
• Act as a subject matter expert for regulatory requirements, banking products, and data flows.
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance the control framework in compliance with internal requirements and SOX standards.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to support reporting change initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in financial reporting within the banking industry or relevant audit/consulting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, banking regulations (NBR, EBA), and banking products.
• Excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools for handling large data volumes.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail.
