What you will do

• Prepare credit proposals for larger exposures and complex corporate lending structures.
• Analyze business, financial, structural, and transaction risks, including mitigants and sensitivity scenarios.
• Review deal presentations, present recommendations, and discuss transaction structures with Risk Management.
• Negotiate and review term sheets and legal documentation to ensure alignment with approved credit conditions.
• Monitor the lending portfolio, review risk ratings, and support proactive risk management.
• Represent the front office in internal approval processes and make credit decisions within the assigned mandate.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in lending within a transactional environment.
• Expertise in corporate, syndicated, project, acquisition, and object finance.
• Strong skills in financing structuring, financial analysis, corporate lending, financial markets, and trade finance.
• Ability to lead transactions and projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, management, or a related field.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
