What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of three finance professionals to drive excellence in global intercompany operations.
• Manage the end-to-end intercompany invoicing process and reconcile balances across multiple legal entities.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and management reports under US GAAP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and approve journal entries in Oracle Fusion.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and indirect tax reporting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams, including remote members.
• Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational, and matrixed environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
