Revenue Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Hybrid work format; late shifts (1 PM to 10 PM Romanian time) required 3 days per month to align with US time zone.

What you will do

• Manage monthly billing processes and support credit and cancellation requests.
• Prepare and maintain designated reports to ensure accuracy for internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures in accordance with SOX.
• Maintain internal CRM systems and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of invoices.
• Collaborate with business executives and partners to maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a revenue analyst or similar role.
• University degree, with a preference for Accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and a high level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.
• Fluent English communication skills (oral and written).
