What you will do

• Deliver advanced financial insights and management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual results for senior leadership.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple global legal entities.
• Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processes, driving efficiency within Oracle AGIS.
• Collaborate on the design, configuration, and implementation of an automated transfer pricing engine.
• Manage the intercompany onboarding process for new acquisitions, including legal entity setup and account mapping.
• Design and maintain intercompany approval workflows to ensure governance and alignment with SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, intercompany accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong working knowledge of intercompany processes (reconciliation, invoicing, settlements, eliminations).
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle AGIS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania to support the hybrid work model.
