What you will do

• Provide technical support and governance for CAPPS Financials and related ERP systems, ensuring adherence to SDLC processes.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to evaluate ERP design alignment and architectural consistency.
• Review developed code for enterprise standards and support system/integration testing.
• Administer ITIL-compliant service desk tools like BOSSDesk, providing Level 2 support and root cause analysis.
• Ensure system compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and support SOC-1 audit activities.
• Manage data integration, interface reliability, and consistency across multi-agency environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting Texas state government systems and enterprise applications.
• 10+ years of expertise with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, PS Query, SQR, and Application Engine.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle databases and data integration methodologies.
• 8+ years of experience with IT service desk functions and ITIL frameworks.
• Proven experience in technical project management and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with software and hardware lifecycle management best practices.
• Experience with CPA legacy statewide financial systems.
• Experience developing technical specifications for procurement initiatives.
