What you will do

  • Provide 1st line technical and functional support for Commercial Banking interactive channels and related products.
  • Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical and functional issues for clients.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end administrative process for client setup on new channels.
  • Perform data investigation and analysis to fulfill client requests.
  • Collaborate with international departments to ensure correct data processing and resolution of assignments.
  • Participate in Agile events, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with an Economic profile.
  • At least one year of operational banking experience in a client-facing role (phone, email, chat).
  • Fluent Bulgarian (spoken and written).
  • Solid knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of banking legislation and regulations.
