What you will do
- Provide 1st line technical and functional support for Commercial Banking interactive channels and related products.
- Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve technical and functional issues for clients.
- Coordinate the end-to-end administrative process for client setup on new channels.
- Perform data investigation and analysis to fulfill client requests.
- Collaborate with international departments to ensure correct data processing and resolution of assignments.
- Participate in Agile events, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with an Economic profile.
- At least one year of operational banking experience in a client-facing role (phone, email, chat).
- Fluent Bulgarian (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of banking legislation and regulations.
