What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer-facing team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including order entry, management, and delivery planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Centre of Excellence teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive team performance against key KPIs such as Call Service Level, Delivery Performance, and Claim Resolution.
  • Oversee quality and claims management processes to ensure timely resolution and transparent communication.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and support automation initiatives across regional or global projects.

Requirements

  • German: Advanced level required
  • English: Advanced level required
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a customer-facing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP (Order Management & Quality Management), and Power BI.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive or industrial environments.
