What you will do
- Plan and dispatch emergency and maintenance services using Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Create and manage service orders in SAP based on installation requests and maintenance matrices.
- Coordinate planning activities with local teams and field technicians.
- Perform mass loading of equipment records and maintain accurate service data.
- Provide agreed service level reports and update customer portals.
- Communicate effectively with country TCS business partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Salesforce.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage specialized planning tasks and coordinate multi-skilled work areas.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
