TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (IoT): Providing post-sales technical support for mobile and IoT device management solutions with an accent on troubleshooting complex customer issues and ensuring high-quality service. Focus on diagnosing application queries, managing customer communication, and maintaining system environments.

Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Provide telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for software products.
  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively update customers on the progress of their queries.
  • Diagnose and solve application queries related to MDM solutions.
  • Use various devices to reproduce customer environments for deeper troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of the OSI model and networking principles (Firewalls, Protocols, Subnetting).
  • Knowledge of modern Windows client and server operating systems.
  • 1-2 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Must be able to work in the Bucharest office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with database management systems like SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS).
