What you will do

  • Perform cold outreach and respond to warm leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Cultivate new prospects and build a pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with C-level executives in mid-sized to large businesses.
  • Deliver qualified leads to sales counterparts to meet revenue goals.
  • Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard metrics.
  • Conduct market research and manage data within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in either Swedish or Finnish.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call centers, or inside sales.
  • 1+ year of experience in related industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred.
