What you will do

• Review insurance submissions and determine appropriate market placement based on carrier guidelines.
• Facilitate the underwriting process by coordinating between sales teams and carriers.
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and limits to meet client and carrier requirements.
• Ensure all bind requests meet subjectivities and compliance regulations before issuance.
• Provide post-issue service, including endorsement requests and contract reviews.
• Train and assist sales teams with system usage and coverage knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance sales, underwriting, or customer service.
• Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Industry designations such as CPCU, RPLU, ARM, AIC, or CLCS.
• Experience in the veterinary industry.
