What you will do

• Perform corrections on plan-level and member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Research and resolve root cause issues escalated from Tier 1 staff.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding retroactive, exception, and standard eligibility requests.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, procedures, and protocols.
• Provide guidance and feedback to business stakeholders based on audit findings.
• Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA standards for data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of cumulative professional experience.
• Proficiency in D365 and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
