Field Service Engineer (Security & Detection)

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain Trace and X-Ray equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and peers.
• Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work promptly.
• Manage the repair parts cycle and calibrate test equipment.
• Collaborate with Senior FSEs and Product Managers to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Education in engineering (e.g., MBO 4 level) in electrical, mechanical, or electronics.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electro-mechanical systems.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Dutch (written and oral).
• Valid driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn specialized software.
• Eligibility for Dutch security clearance.
