Production Technician (Lithography Systems)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite work in a clean room

Salary: €52,500–€59,000 gross annual fixed salary, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment, plus shift allowance and possible profit sharing.

hirify.global produces lithography systems, with the Twinscan Factory responsible for manufacturing, planning, logistics, and module qualification.

What you will do

• Assemble, adjust, test, and deliver hirify.global main modules according to specifications and delivery schedules.
• Follow current production processes, work instructions, and standard work practices.
• Organize assigned work packages to maintain daily progress, output, and quality.
• Investigate production disturbances, resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain required administration and documentation.
• Support a safe, clean, and standardized work environment meeting the internal 5+1S audit standard.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree in electronics, applied physics, electrical or mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• One to five years of experience, depending on educational level.
• Hands-on experience in high-tech production or customer service environments such as electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace, or automotive engineering.
• Proven experience or strong affinity with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Availability for a recurring 5-shift schedule, including weekend and night work.
• English proficiency is required for procedure comments and transfer documents; Dutch may also be used.
