Salary: 52,500–59,000 EUR per year (including vacation allowance and 13th-month payment, plus shift allowance)

What you will do

• Assemble, adjust, test, and deliver hirify.global main modules according to specifications and delivery times
• Work according to established processes and work instructions to complete assigned work packages within shifts
• Investigate and resolve disturbances to prevent future occurrences
• Maintain updated and complete administration
• Ensure a work environment compliant with 5+1S internal audit standards
• Operate within a 5-shift schedule including morning, evening, and night shifts

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Veldhoven, Netherlands
• Associate or Bachelor degree in electronics, applied physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or related fields with 1-5 years experience
• Hands-on experience in high-tech production or customer service environments
• Proven affinity with assembling, testing, and troubleshooting
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule including nights and weekends
• English proficiency: Able to write procedure comments and transfer documents in English and/or Dutch
