What you will do

• Perform electrical verification and validation testing to meet product development and conformity requirements.
• Evaluate electronic PCBs and systems for EMC, EMI, and ESD performance using statistical analysis.
• Create validation test plans, procedures, and fixtures aligned with customer specifications and risk evaluations.
• Manage environmental testing equipment, test samples, and prototypes throughout the validation lifecycle.
• Document test data and generate formal reports to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend product and process enhancements.

Requirements

• MBO-level education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Strong passion for electronics with a structured and methodical approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Experience in EMC/EMI testing or validation is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship.
