Design Engineer (Formwork & Scaffolding)

What you will do

• Design customized formwork, scaffolding, and support solutions based on customer requirements.
• Create general arrangement, assembly, and installation drawings.
• Prepare material lists and define material requirements for order management.
• Coordinate technical information with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and sales.
• Monitor project planning and communicate deviations between designs and orders.
• Review and validate colleagues' drawings and structural calculations.

Requirements

• MBO+, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• 1–3 years of exhirify.globalence in a similar role or as a junior design engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with structural calculation software.
• Understanding of construction processes; knowledge of formwork and scaffolding systems is advantageous.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and solution-oriented skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Exhirify.globalence with SCIA or comparable structural calculation software.
• Affinity with automation tools and Microsoft Office applications.
