What you will do
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment including POS, self-service checkouts, and back-office hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Perform site preparation, including cabling, staging, and testing of new equipment.
- Manage assigned assets, including tools, parts inventory, and vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, expenses, and customer asset data.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local customer accounts.
Requirements
- Clean driving license required
- Experience in PC hardware maintenance, support, and network troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills including Windows OS navigation and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- High level of mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or certifications in a technology field.
- Previous experience with EPOS maintenance or installation.
- Recognized qualification within the electronics or IT domain.
