What you will do
- Own territory revenue growth via customer expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and net-new acquisition.
- Manage an existing customer portfolio and develop territory plans for high-potential accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities in low-spend, prospective, and dormant accounts.
- Run the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close using MEDDPICC.
- Maintain pipeline health and accurate opportunity/forecasting data in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and Implementation to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in SaaS, EdTech, business development, account management, or consultative sales.
- Proven success generating revenue through both customer expansion and new business acquisition.
- Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process from prospecting through close.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
