TL;DR

Focus on building multi-threaded relationships with educational decision-makers while maintaining prospecting discipline to create and convert new pipelines.

What you will do

  • Own territory revenue growth via customer expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and net-new acquisition.
  • Manage an existing customer portfolio and develop territory plans for high-potential accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities in low-spend, prospective, and dormant accounts.
  • Run the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close using MEDDPICC.
  • Maintain pipeline health and accurate opportunity/forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and Implementation to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SaaS, EdTech, business development, account management, or consultative sales.
  • Proven success generating revenue through both customer expansion and new business acquisition.
  • Experience managing opportunities through a structured sales process from prospecting through close.
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
