Salary: $69,250–$118,250

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales territory plan to meet revenue metrics.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with high-level school district administrators.
- Deliver effective sales presentations both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline creation and accurate forecasting in CRM.
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform future product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in education or educational sales.
- Proven experience in a SaaS-based sales environment.
- Deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape and assessment needs.
- Ability to travel >80% of the time, including driving and flying.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation software.

- Previous experience in assessment and curriculum adoptions.
- Established relationships with district leaders within the assigned territory.
