What you will do
- Achieve annual revenue and expansion goals within the assigned Midwest territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across mid-size and large school districts.
- Establish trusted relationships with district leaders in special education and curriculum.
- Represent the company at regional conferences and on-site district engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support long-term district success and renewals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Midwest US territory (ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, WV, VA, MD, DC).
- 8+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in K-12 education.
- Deep understanding of K-12 purchasing processes and decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and deliver against targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders.
