What you will do

  • Own and manage the full customer journey including onboarding, adoption, training, and renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers across the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with support, engineering, and product teams to align technical delivery with client business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to drive improvements in product quality.
  • Track and report on success metrics to inform customer engagement strategy.

Requirements

  • Based in Saudi Arabia with experience supporting regional customers in the Middle East.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • 3+ years of specific experience in the cybersecurity sector, particularly threat intelligence.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage technical platforms and customer journey tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first professional environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools like OpenCTI or OpenAEV.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools within a customer success workflow.
