What you will do

• Own senior-stakeholder relationships and lead the growth agenda for a portfolio of clients.
• Orchestrate the use of platform automation and features across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Embed Bliss Point insights into planning and budget allocation to drive incremental impact.
• Ensure high data health and measurement standards, including pixel/CAPI and GA4 event mapping.
• Manage team financials, including margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Paid Social with proven results at scale across multiple platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing managers and senior individual contributors.
• Strong cross-channel literacy with the ability to connect Social to Search, Commerce, and Creative.
• Expertise in platform analytics, GA4, and setting growth-first innovations.
• Must be based in the USA to fulfill the requirements of this remote role.
• Executive presence with clear, concise storytelling and expectation-setting capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn and X (Twitter) advertising.
• Deep understanding of incrementality testing and holdout studies.
