Salary: $130,000–$145,000

What you will do
- Own senior-stakeholder relationships and lead the growth agenda for a portfolio of clients.
- Orchestrate the use of platform automation and features across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Embed Bliss Point insights into planning and budget allocation to drive incremental impact.
- Ensure high data health and measurement standards, including pixel/CAPI and GA4 event mapping.
- Manage team financials, including margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Paid Social with proven results at scale across multiple platforms.
- 3+ years of experience managing managers and senior individual contributors.
- Strong cross-channel literacy with the ability to connect Social to Search, Commerce, and Creative.
- Expertise in platform analytics, GA4, and setting growth-first innovations.
- Must be based in the USA to fulfill the requirements of this remote role.
- Executive presence with clear, concise storytelling and expectation-setting capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn and X (Twitter) advertising.
- Deep understanding of incrementality testing and holdout studies.
