What you will do

• Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms.
• Develop and execute audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing to meet KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and real-time performance adjustments.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account leads and data operations teams to refine messaging and conversion implementation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging paid media opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in CT, FL, MN, NJ, NC, OH, or TX
• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Programmatic media buying (The Trade Desk, StackAdapt).
