TL;DR

Associate Director, Paid Media & Growth (Marketing): Driving growth across paid channels for a diverse portfolio of B2C and B2B clients with an accent on hands-on campaign management, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Search and Social while translating performance data into actionable growth narratives for senior stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the US (New York, NY or Remote with 9-5 PM EST availability).

Compensation: $100–$125 per hour equivalent (Fixed-fee project).

What you will do

  • Own day-to-day strategy and execution across Paid Search and Paid Social for a portfolio of B2C and B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to adapt messaging for US and international markets.
  • Present growth narratives, forecasts, and performance reports to senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop growth roadmaps that sequence channel investment and identify new acquisition opportunities.
  • Partner with CRO and analytics teams to connect paid performance to landing page and on-site conversion improvements.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and martech innovation, including AI tools, to apply best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of paid media experience with hands-on proficiency in Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Must be available during business hours 9-5 PM EST.
  • Proven ability to develop and present executive-ready growth narratives and forecasts.
  • Experience managing paid media for both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Strong analytical toolkit including attribution modeling, GA4, and scenario planning.
  • Agency or performance marketing background preferred.
