What you will do

• Own the full-stack strategy and execution for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage two-sided acquisition funnels for both homeowners and service providers simultaneously.
• Build and maintain a repeatable framework for creative, audience, and funnel experiments.
• Manage budgets across multiple geographies and service categories to hit strict CAC and LTV:CAC targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Product, Design, and Analytics to integrate paid social into the broader growth system.
• Define the team structure and hire the necessary talent to scale the channel as performance grows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on unit economics and hard efficiency targets.
• Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube advertising platforms.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-audience, and multi-geography portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative hypothesis generation and performance analysis.
