What you will do
- Manage end‑to‑end paid media campaigns, including independent building, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop strategic media approaches leveraging new platform formats and techniques to align with client goals.
- Collaborate with account management and creative teams to maintain momentum across projects and retainers.
- Generate detailed campaign analysis and insights based on rigorous KPI tracking.
- Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Maintain reliable tracking infrastructure, including UTMs, pixel events, and platform integrations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest) and paid search (Google, YouTube, GDN, Pmax).
- Proficiency with tracking setups, UTMs, and analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Google DV360.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid setup (2-3 days in office per week).
Nice to have
- Experience with Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, or RivalIQ.
